Managing Partner

Mr. Sitikanth Nayak brings over 15 years of professional experience and possesses a thorough understanding of Indian laws, legal practices, and procedures. He has effectively managed a wide array of cases, particularly in corporate governance, debt recovery, military law, education, telecommunications, real estate, infrastructure, intellectual property, industrial, service, consumer, commercial, general civil disputes, and criminal matters.

He has represented clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, relevant tribunals and commissions, as well as regulatory authorities. Mr. Nayak is also experienced in arbitration, having acted on behalf of multiple clients before arbitral tribunals and handled pre-arbitral and post-arbitral proceedings in various High Courts.

Specializing in litigation and court proceedings, he has advocated for statutory bodies, educational institutions, banking and financial institutions, companies, and private parties. In addition, Mr. Nayak routinely provides advisory services to corporations and statutory bodies regarding their operational and functional needs.
